Stronger Pneumatic Air Engraver Machine Foot Controller

Some of my engravers and friends asked me to make the more powerful pneumatic engraver for them. They need more power to engravings, cutting the hard Titanium knife scales and big aluminium motorcycle engine parts.. The new engraver needs powerful and durability and sacrifice a bit sensitive of running at very low pressure.
I made this upgrade engraver with a long stroke aluminium handle for that request. The longer stroke travel makes engraver more controllable at high pressure settings, too. For a high-pressure setting, the engraver needs thin oil lubricant, just need a small drop to the air inlet connector or to finger and wipe to piston after cleaning is ok. The engraver comes with my standard 6/8mm piston, which is enough for almost heavy cutting lines you need.
Combined with long QC that controls the exhaust air ports at the same time adjusts the stroke length (using the collar next to QC on the engraver body) you could engravings fine shading lines too.

I made the heavier piston for even more powerful if needed – tell me if you’re focus to engraving just deep and heavily lines and I will send the engraver with this piston for you.

This long QC version controls the exhaust ports on the engraver body at the same time you adjust the collar for stroke length. Give the finer power adjust for details engraving or for more control needed.
The Long QC could use on both foot controlled and hand controlled.
